1. Flight Ticket Cancellation Policy

✔ Refundable Tickets

• Eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

• Refund processing time is subject to airline policies and banking procedures.

✔ Non-Refundable Tickets

• May qualify for partial refunds or travel credits based on airline policies.

• Certain taxes and fees may be refunded, even if the ticket itself is non-refundable.

✔ Airline & Service Provider Cancellation Fees

• Each airline has its own cancellation fee structure, which may vary depending on the fare type, route, and booking class.

• Elite Wings Luxury Travel is not responsible for airline-imposed fees but will assist in facilitating the refund request.

2. Refund Policy

✔ Flight Cancellations by Airlines

If the airline cancels your flight due to operational reasons, weather disruptions, or government restrictions, you may be eligible for:

• A full refund

• A travel voucher or alternative flight arrangement (subject to airline policies)

✔ Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are processed in accordance with the airline’s refund policy, which may take 30-90 business days.

• Some refunds may be subject to additional verification by the airline and financial institutions.

✔ Change & Rebooking Options

• Many airlines allow flight date or time changes, but applicable fare differences and change fees may apply.

• Change requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before departure to qualify for rebooking options.

3. Important Considerations

✔ All refund requests must be made in writing via email to our support team.
✔ If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of booking, you may be eligible for a full refund, depending on the airline’s 24-hour risk-free cancellation policy.
✔ No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the ticket value.
✔ Elite Wings Luxury Travel is an intermediary and processes refunds based on airline policies. Any disputes regarding refunds must be directed to the airline.
